Ukraine Herbal Solidarity is a grassroots volunteer project that shares herbal medicine support with refugees who have fled russia’s genocidal
re-invasion of Ukraine. We also ship medicine directly into Ukraine.

We are a team of Ukrainian and international herbalists who have gathered medicines grown, prepared, and donated from all over the world.
We offer immune and distress supportive medicines rooted in Ukraine’s vibrant herbal medicine traditions. We source organic ingredients whenever possible and provide verbal and printed herbal safety information regarding contraindications. Medicines include:
Tinctures for distress and sleep (Valerian, Skullcap, Hawthorn, Rose)
Teas to support the nervous system (Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Lime Flowers)
Elderberry syrup for coughs and colds
Muscle pain relief rub (Comfrey, Arnica, St. John’s Wort, Lavender Essential Oil, Wintergreen Essential Oil)
An immune tonic (Ginger, Echinacea, Elderberry, Turmeric, Thyme)
A nutritive tea blend (Nettle, Dandelion, Oatstraw, Raspberry leaf)
Lavender oil to support sleep
We distribute our medicines at a refugee evacuation stop in Poland. Ukraine Herbal Solidarity can also donate medicines to projects that can distribute the medicines within Ukraine and to refugees within their networks.
